Initial Consultation: $150
Book a 1 hour virtual consultation with Dr. Alissa Kuizinas! During the session Dr. Kuizinas will perform a gait analysis, lower extremity functional assessment and evaluation of any current issues. You will receive custom recommendations for mobility and strength exercises, lifestyle modifications, and training. You will also receive custom footwear recommendations and an analysis of your current footwear. Following your session, you will receive a follow up email with Dr. Kuizinas’ findings and recommendations. All exercises will be provided via the TrueCoach app, where you will receive a custom exercise plan and 1:1 support. Follow up appointments will be scheduled as needed for each client.
